IMPORTANT INFORMATION (Please read this)
----------------------------------------

Before you run BSP for the first time,
you should check the following information:

BSP assumes each program is installed in a
specific directory:

BSP - C:\BSP
Quake - C:\Quake
Hexen2 - C:\Hexen II
Quake2 - C:\Quake2

If your setup differs from this, you need to do the
following steps:

1 - edit the game.ini file under whatever game you are
setting up (ie. c:\bsp\quake2\game.ini) and change
the drive\directory references to match your setup.

2 - edit the batch files under c:\bsp\<whatevergame>\bats
to match your correct drive if necessary.

Default texture wads are assumed for Quake and
Hexen2 - these are quake101.wad and hex2full.wad.
If you don't have these wads, you need to edit the
game.ini file for those games to match whatever
wad you are using.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Remember, you can run the setup program after installation
if you need to (if you change your configuration for
instance). To re-run setup manually, change to the BSP
installation directory and double-click on Setup.exe.

Finally, you must have some flavor of openGL installed, even
if you are NOT running glBSP. If you are running NT or Win 95
after OSR1 (I think), openGL is automatically installed and you
won't have to do anything. If you are running Win 95 without
openGL, you will need to download the following file:

     ftp://ftp.bsphq.com/misc/gl.zip

and unzip it directly into your C:\BSP directory.
